ProminaHelping companies find what they stand for, and how to express that in a compelling way, is a very important tool for internal clarity, alignment, recruitment and retention, as well as for memorable external understanding and desirability. We worked closely with Promina’s senior management and strategic researchers to identify and personify exactly what Promina’s role was in the marketplace, and then we created a programme of verbal and visual expression of that, which caught the imagination of employees, subsidiary companies and the investment community.
