Downer EDI

This prospectus was a capital raising document for Works Infrastructure, instigated by their Sydney-based parent, Downer EDI. Once a government department, Works has been in private hands for a number of years, and it was important that this document educate shareholders as to the scale and scope of the Works operation in New Zealand, as well as the substance of its parent.
