As one of Australasia's largest brewers, Lion Nathan is committed to being both a powerful employer brand and a sound investor brand. To achieve these objectives the annual report is a crucial tool, and the 'personality' volume is turned up high to ensure they are both noticed and well understood. Our original task was to shift expectations of this company to being one that is clear in its vision and objectives, strong in its personality and incredibly thorough in its governance. Nine years on, our task is to manage these perceptions with clarity and focus, while continuing to gently shift perceptions as their place in the market and the market itself shifts.

The common thread through all these reports is to express their vision of 'Making our world a more sociable place'.
